BELOIT – Josephine “Josie” File Hartman will celebrate her “102” birthday on Feb. 4, 2023 Josie resides in her home. She has always has and still does, have a lot of passion for keeping in contact with friends, family by special cards, phone calls and the last few years she has included “ video chatting and texting.”
