DOWNS – Betty N. Schoen, 99, Downs, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020. Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 23, at Zion Lutheran Church in Downs. Family will be present from 5-6 p.m. A funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 24, at Zion Lutheran Church,
