BELOIT – The 17th annual George Lawson Popcorn 2couple Golf Tournament was held Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Beloit Country Club. 24 teams participated, including golfers from Beloit, North Central Kansas areas, Nebraska, & South Dakota.
The 38th annual Kansas 8Man All-Star games this Saturday will have a new option for fans not able to attend in person to catch the action. Alongside our play-by-play radio coverage on stations across Kansas, the 8-Man All-Star Radio Network is partnering with the Beloit Trojan Channel to offer a live video stream of all the action.

TOPEKA – The final race for the NCK Raptors was held May 21, 2023, at Kaw River State Park, northwest edge of Topeka, KS for the fifth race of season three of Kansas NICA’s mountain bike race series. The Kaw River State Park trails offered a roller coaster ride along the Kansas River through beautiful tree-lined hills and an amazing backdrop view of our capital city. The 124 student athletes in the biking community joining the NCK Raptors came from Topeka, Emporia, Hutchinson, Leavenworth, Lawrence, Manhattan, Wichita, Louisburg and Olathe. The rainfall from Friday caused an hour delay in the pre-ride for Saturday to allow trails to dry, resulting in a pleasantly packed single track for the weekend of racing events on Sunday.
BELOIT – The 38th Annual Kansas 8 Man All Star Games will be played in Beloit on Saturday, June 10. The Division II game will be held at 10 a.m. at Trojan Field on North Hersey Avenue. Pregame will begin at 9:30 a.m. with introduction of the players. The Division I game will follow.
