First longest 11-Man football winning streak with 33 straight wins

BELOIT – Beloit Sophomore Addison Budke has been named the NCKSSports.com/Cunningham Telephone and Cable Athlete of last Week. Budke has followed up her great freshman season on the volleyball court with another outstanding sophomore campaign so far. After registering 679 kills in her first season of varsity volleyball, she already has over 400 kills in 2022. She passed the 1,000 kill mark in her career on October 1 in a two-set win over Minneapolis at Concordia. Over the past week and a half, Budke has added to that total, combining for 23 kills in two straight-set wins over Ellsworth on October 4. On Tuesday night at Ellis, Budke had 19 kills in a 3-0 win at Ellis. Budke leads the Lady Trojans with 426 kills this season and has a team high hitting percentage of .358. She is averaging 5.6 kills per set. Her top single match kill total was 23 in a three-set win over Smoky Valley at the Southeast of Saline Tournament on September 10. Budke also has the second most service aces on the team with 33. She also ranks second in serve receives with 255 and third on the team with 206 digs.
