HAYS – Local athlete competed this past weekend in Hays at the AAU District qualifier for Kansas in their bid to make it to the AAU Junior Olympics to be held at North Carolina A&T University, Greensboro North Carolina July 30 thru August 6.
BELOIT – The 37th Annual Kansas 8 Man All -Star Games will be played in Beloit on Saturday, June 11. The Division I game will be held at 10 a.m. at Trojan Field on North Hersey Avenue. Pre-game will begin at 9:30 a.m. with introduction of the players. The second Division II Game will take place at 1:30 p.m. Both events are sponsored by the Kansas 8-Man Association, the Beloit Rotary Club and the Beloit Knights of Columbus.
MANHATTAN — The Kansas State University Concrete Canoe team will compete at the 35th annual American Society of Civil Engineers' Concrete Canoe Competition finals after a second-place finish at the regional Mid-America Student Symposium in May.

WICHITA – Beloit qualifying athletes of six competed in the 3A State Track and Field competition on Friday and Saturday, May 27- 28, 2022, and earned three boys silver medals and a girls silver and sixth place finish.
