Beloit Post 57 Musteez win Fairbury doublehead

FAIRBURY – The Post 57 Musteez American Legion baseball team opened their season on June 1, 2025 in Fairbury, Neb. and are 2-0 after the double header win. Beloit will now travel to play Larned on June 4 for a 6 p.m. pitch and will travel to Norton on June 8 for a 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. pitch. They will host their first home game on June 11 with Clifton.

Beloit won game one 6-4 and game two 1-0.

In game one, Fairbury opened with the early 3-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning. Both teams scored in one run each in the second inning as the Landsharks led 4-1. Beloit came back in the final sixth inning with five big runs to take over the 6-4 lead, for the win.
