Brady Palen, former graduate of Beloit High School, and Wichita State University, is now tied for 10th in the nation after his recent high jump competition. He will compete at Nationals, March 15 in Virginia Beach.
Graduate transfer Brady Palen is in his first season as a jumper on the USC track and field team, after competing at Wichita State from 2021-24.
Palen tranfered to USC, and placed second and tied for fourth respectively, in his personal best indoor clearance of 7’ 3.25” (2.22m). He was strategic throughout the competition by passing at 6’ 11.75” and 7’ 2.25” and ended up tying his personal-best clearance and moving to tie for ninth on the NCAA descending order list. He is now tied for fourth on USC’s all-time list.
This is Palen’s last season for competing in track and field.
