Candace Durant, 88, Salina

SALINA – Candace Durant, 88, passed away November 9, 2021 at Presbyterian Manor in Salina, KS. She was born January 20, 1933, the only child of Chester and Ruth (Banker) Beineke in Salina, KS.

She is survived by a son, Dirk (Naomi) Durant, St. Paul, MN, daughter Dotty (Jerry) Baxa, Salina, KS, daughter Jackie (Ernie) Navarro, Walnut, CA, daughter Rhonda (Kyle) Crawford, Hutchinson, KS; grandchildren Arian (Abe) Smith, Mattie Baxa, Tiffany Navarro, Taylor and MacLain Crawford; great grandchildren Elijah, Isaac, and Lydia Smith, and Jonah Baxa.

Memorial Services will be on Monday November 29, 2021 at 10:00am at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Jewell, KS with Pastor Jim Rice officiating.

Burial will follow at the Jewell City Cemetery, Jewell, KS.
