Emma Claycamp

MANKATO - Emma Claycamp was bom January 7, 1943, to Charles and Elsie (Drake) Colby and passed away November 10, 2023, in Manhattan, Kansas, at the age of 80 years.

Emma was a 1960 graduate of Beloit High School. Shortly after she graduated high school, she married the love of her life, Darrell Claycamp, on March 22, 1965. In this marriage, they were blessed with two childr en, Gina and Curtis.

She enjoyed watching and attending her grandchildren and greatgrandchildren’s school events.

Emma is survived by her daughter, Gina Bulthaup (Mike); grandsons, Nathan Bulthaup and his kids: Kale, Jackson, and Wren, and Nicolas Bulthaup and girlfriend, Ellie all of Manhattan, Kansas; sister, Judy, Beloit; sister-in-laws, Leota McCarthy and Dorothy Davies; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Curtis Lee Claycamp; brother, Todd and sisters Ellen and Dana.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the Mankato Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mankato, Kansas, with Pastor Dennis Beckman officiating.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 am ~ 11:00 am Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at the Mankato Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Interment will follow in the Mt. Hope Cemetery, Mankato, Kansas.
