Janet (Finney) Siegel, 78, Shawnee

SHAWNEE – Loving wife, mother, and grandmother, Janet (Finney) Siegel, passed away at her home in Shawnee, Kansas on December 3, 2022, at the age of 78. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Russ Siegel, her son, Brad Jordan, her two grandsons, Luke Jordan, Blake Jordan, and her three step-children, Alex Siegel, Paige Siegel, and Joel Siegel. Jan is also survived by her three sisters, Jean Krier, Pat Adams, Conene Turner, numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Jan was predeceased in death by her mother, Charlotte Finney, father, Dwight Finney, brother, Garron Finney, and her youngest son, Brandon Jordan.

Jan (Mimi) and Russ were always at the center of our family, hosting many holiday gatherings and meals. Jan was an avid fan of the Jayhawks, Chiefs, and many other sports. She leaves behind a legacy of love, fond memories, and will be truly missed. In keeping with her wishes, no services will be held.
