Jean Rose, 89, Beloit

BELOIT – Graveside services for Jean Rose, age 89 of Beloit, will be at 10 AM at the Ionia Cemetery followed by a Memorial Service at 11 AM at the Ionia Methodist Church on Friday, March 18.

Mrs. Rose died Monday, March 14 at the Mitchell County Hospital. Survivors include son Rodney of Ionia, daughters, Tammy Lee of Culver, KS & Sylvia Leach of Gunnison, CO; sister, Joan White of Geneva, NE; brother, Charles Simmelink of Madras, OR; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; & 2 greatgreat grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 5-7 PM Thursday at the Roberts Family Funeral Home. The casket will remain closed.

Memorials may be given to the Ionia Methodist Church, Beloit Presbyterian Church, or Hope in the Valley Equine Rescue.
