Patricia “Pat” E. Helbach, 68, Hope

HOPE - Patricia “Pat” E. Helbach, 68, of Hope, passed away April 15,2023.

She was bom to Gladys and Ronald "Frosty" D. Clegg on June 4, 1954, in Superior, Nebraska. Pat graduated from Beloit High School in 1972.

Pat married her husband Hilton on June 4, 1972, and lived briefly in Herington before moving to Hope. She was a devoted wife and mother, her love for her family was unconditional and never wavered. Pat always looked for the good in people and was a source of great comfort and support to the people whose lives she touched. Her smile and sense of humor will be missed, Pat enjoyed sewing, gardening, spending time with her family, and was an avid Chiefs fan.

Pat is survived by her husband Hilton, sister Mari Tyler, and three children Mindy (Derek) Huston, Michael Helbach, and Margo Helbach, She is predeceased by her daughter Marcy Helbach, brother Michael Clegg and her parents.

Graveside services were held on Friday April 21, 2023, at the Hope Cemetery,
