David Dohe, Emergency Management Director, was present at Monday’ s Mitchell County Commissioners meeting to request a signing of a disaster mitigation plan. This was a plan signed by the commissioners five years ago. Signing the current document indicated they were still in agreement with the provisions of the plan.
