Jason Rabe announced during Wednesday’ s Beloit City Council meeting that the Basics of Design Technical Memorandum was approved. This is a significant milestone in the completion of the Water Treatment Plan. Also, the KDA Water Diversion Application was approved. This allows the city to access water from Waconda Lake.–
