MCHS hosts WWII memorabilia dedication 1st Lt. Allen history remains at museum

BELOIT – A dedication of 1st Lieutenant David Keith Allen WWII memorabilia was held last Sunday at the Mitchell County Historical Society Museum.Allen was raised in Glen Elder, the son of O.P. and Shartel Allen. He became a Marine Air Corp pilot and died in 1943 in the Samoa Islands.
