Beloit City Manager, Jason Rabe, said he had no new news to report on the status of the Water treatment plant/pipleline during Monday’ s Mitchell County Commissioners meeting. BELOIT - Abigail (Abby) Porter has started out her senior year with honors as a National Finalist Veterinary Science Proficiency Award recipient, through the Beloit High School FFA Chapter. Porter first learned she was a national finalist on Aug. 5 at the FFA District Officers Conference.
