Around 20 Mitchell County residents gathered at the North Central Kansas Technical College on Aug. 10, 2023 to welcome Ed O’ Malley, Kansas Health Foundation CEO and Founder of the Kansas Leadership Center, to Beloit. O’ Malley was visiting to talk about his new book When Everyone Leads. The small group discussion provided a great environment for sharing big ideas among the group and discovering how leadership plays into those ideas.
