The Beloit High Girls C Team have finished up the 2022-2023 basketball season with a 7-1 record.

The St. John’s/Tipton ladies team traveled to Barton College in Great Bend on Friday to challenge the No. 2 seed Hanover who entered the game with a perfect record of 25-0 and was the favorite to win the state championship. The Lady Jays were unable to hold off the high powered offense and Hanover’s control of the offensive boards as they pulled down 7 compared to Hanover’s 19. Hanover defeated the Lady Jays 62-41 and moved on to the finals against No. 1 seed Lebo.
The St. John’s/Tipton Lady Jays faced off against the Bucklin Red Aces in a matchup for the third place State plaque.
