WICHITA – Meeka Jordan competed in the North American High School and Youth Indoor National Track Meet on Feb. 18, 2023 at Haskett Center in Wichita, Kansas.
Beloit High School freshman, Brogan Monty, earns a State Wrestling Championship in the 106 Weight Class during the 3-2-1-A Championships on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, in Hays Monty won his first two matches by falls and by major decision 10-2 in the semifinals. He won the championship match over Kash Schultz of Hoxie 8-2 for the Championship title. Monty went an amazing 41-0 undefeated season for Beloit.
The Beloit Lady Trojans lost to the Smith Center Lady Red on Tuesday, 57-25, on an emotional Senior Night.
